The Allen-Bradley 2085-ECR is a right-side expansion end cap required for terminating expansion I/O modules connected to Micro850 and Micro830 controllers. This module ensures proper backplane communication integrity and must be installed at the end of the I/O expansion chain. It is essential for maintaining system stability and is used in all Micro850/Micro830 configurations that include I/O expansion modules.
